3. Look over Newsgroups
The best way to find/search binaries in Newsgroups is to use indexers. These web sites like XNZB suggest
to Internet user an index with posts actually in Newsgroups servers.
This index is very detailed, with the numbers of RAR to download, web site links with binary details (movie, software...).
Thus, the user doesn't need to download all headers.
Another way to read list of binaries in Newsgroups is to download all the headers in order to see new posts. This could be long but
useful in some case when, for example, the Newsgroup is not listed.
With Grabit you must suscribe to groups which you want to use, for example alt.binaries.cd.image.linux with right-click of your mouse and select
"Subscribe":
This group add to the list of Newsgroups suscribed for this server (on the left). You need now to recover all headers of this group
(Right-click of your mouse + "Full Update") :
You must wait the end of headers downloading :
